AP Role: Andrew Lockhart worked with Jin He @studioabt to design and build this installation
an ephemeral / temporary installation in the attic balcony of the Creekhouse Building composed of salvaged plastic from Granville Island's vendors and businesses. The act of the installation raised questions and sparked debates of the use of private/public space, and the immaterial translucent screen temporarily changed the quality of the balcony experienced from within our office space and from the public realm of Granville Island.
A sandbar across False Creek
an imaginary landscape
of Granville Island
of nature’s forces
of industrial economies

of cultural playfulness
of love and memories
of a place we dwell and create
of soups and things

of a home
